What reporting do I get after my email broadcast is deployed?
We can report on all event activity such as Opens, Clicks, Bounces and Unsubscribes. The report is usually sent to you a couple of days after the broadcast has gone live which allows time for the campaign to mature.
What is the B2C minimum order?
This tends to be 5000 records but can be as low as 3000 on some files. There are many files available so it's always best to ask.
What is the usage?
You can either use the data once if that is sufficient for you or there is an option to use the data over a 12 month period (for an additional fee).
Is the B2C data opt-in?
Yes. All B2C data is opt-in.

Where does the data come from?
Most consumer data is compiled through websites and postal or telephone survey completion. This data is self compiled so comes directly from the individual. Other databases are direct response, so they will be buyers and enquirers about particular products and services.
What format does the data arrive in?
In most cases the data arrives in .xls or .csv format for easy upload into your systems.
What is the price of the data?
Price depends on the volume of the order as well as the type of database selected. The higher the volume, the lower the cost per record. Is there a B2B minimum order?
Usually $300 or 1000 records. Files can vary, please indicate on your data brief if you require only low volumes.
Generally on most files we guarantee up to 90% on data fields and 85% on email deliverability. Hard bounces will be replaced over this threshold.
How old is the b2b data?
This depends on the database but typically data has been collated over the last four years and is re-verified on a cyclical basis, usually no more than 120 days. For specific files please request more information.
Where does the b2b data come from?
The data is collated from from a number of sources most notably call centre activity, journal subscription, event attendance and industry associations and directories. The bureau then segregate the records based on industries, country and job title. Then the tele-verification team calls, confirms and verifies the information. Other methods include verification by email.
Can we dedupe against our own data?
Yes this is possible and encouraged. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement with you so that you can send your data to us for deduping. We will then only supply new data to you.
